Summary

Lead Edmentum's brand transformation and creative vision as Director of Brand & Creative, architecting the company's brand presence to position it as a market leader in educational innovation. Shape how the world experiences a brand committed to transforming learning for millions through bold, strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute transformative brand strategies, lead creative direction with focus on innovation and measurable impact, and build/mentor a high-performing creative team while managing agency partnerships. Safeguard brand identity consistency across all channels, collaborate with senior leaders on integrated brand experiences, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategy and performance.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in brand strategy and creative direction across B2B and B2C marketing, strong leadership and team mentoring abilities, proficiency in design and digital marketing best practices, and proven ability to connect creative initiatives to measurable business outcomes. Must demonstrate fluency in design, copywriting, stakeholder influence, and experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications: Proven experience building brands with a strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel execution, ideally from stand-out brands, with in-house marketing experience (not solely agency background). Must be fluent in marketing best practices, budget management, familiar with emerging industry trends, and comfortable with fast-paced environments and evolving responsibilities.

  • You have deep expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and integrated marketing across B2B and B2C, ideally with experience at stand-out brands

  • You are fluent in design, copywriting, and digital marketing best practices.
  • You excel at influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.

  • You have experience in-house; if your background is solely from creative agencies, this isn’t the role for you.
