Summary
CDW seeks a ServiceNow Business Manager to manage multi-million-dollar partner programs while serving as a product expert and strategic liaison between internal stakeholders and partner organizations. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing financials, and mentoring team members to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Manage partner communications and maintain open channels with CDW and partner stakeholders; analyze industry information to identify sales opportunities and develop marketing strategies. Lead financial management of programs including VIRs, Coop, and marketing spends; mentor junior team members; and provide comprehensive reporting on brand and category performance.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, strong financial acumen, strategic agility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience engaging with executive leadership, driving results in team environments, and subject matter expertise in partner products and services.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or project management, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred experience includes executive-level engagement and demonstrated success driving results in collaborative team settings.
Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, United States
Compensation: $88,000 โ $154,200/year
