As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving Swivl’s growth in K-12 education. Partnering with our energetic Sales team, you’ll focus on developing new opportunities within school districts for our cutting-edge Reflectivity and Mirror products
What You’ll Do:
- Generate new prospects and nurture existing prospects through outbound phone calls and emails to meet daily and weekly targets
- Execute outbound campaigns regularly developed on your own or in collaboration with account managers and management
- Meet weekly call requirements
- Achieve weekly sales goals by setting qualified meetings for the sales team
- Provide enough information from your qualification call to make the meeting a success
- Regularly participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Follow up with and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Have:
- 1+ years of sales development/sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous K-12 teaching experience
- Experience in education industry (K-12 & higher ed), SaaS preferred
- Excellent phone, written and verbal skills
- Well organized with efficient time management skills
- Eager to collaborate
- Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to exceed sales objectives

- Ability to initiate a conversation, communicate value and handle objections

- High degree of responsiveness and integrity
Nice To Haves:
- Previous experience selling SaaS or Educational services
- Lead Development or Sales Development experience preferred
This position is compensated by the base salary and commission.
