Demonstrated attention to detail, independent problem-solving ability, and capability to drive operational excellence in compensation administration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 3+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in EdTech or SaaS environments. Experience in sales compensation administration and demonstrated ability to manage complex incentive plans required.
