Role Snapshot
Account Manager at Carnegie Learning serves as a key member of the inside sales team, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with small to mid-sized school districts while executing sales campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities: Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, achieve weekly/monthly sales metrics, maintain customer relationships through status updates, and utilize Salesforce and HighSpot for account management and quoting. Creates quarterly meetings, collaborates with Account Executives across departments, and develops proposals for upsells and new business opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills across multiple media; proficiency in Salesforce, HighSpot, and other sales tools; ability to conduct account research and problem-solve collaboratively.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business preferred; minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or account management role.
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: $60Kβ$70K/yr
