Summary

Lucid Software seeks a Payroll Specialist to oversee multi-state US payroll operations and support international payroll processes across offices in Amsterdam, Melbourne, and Hamburg. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence while partnering with Accounting and People Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll data verification and internal controls, oversee time and attendance collection, coordinate tax compliance and filings, perform pre/post-payroll audits, and maintain monthly/quarterly/annual reports including W-2 reconciliations. Provide employee support for payroll inquiries and serve as subject matter expert for US multi-state payroll functions including 401(k) administration and fringe benefits.

Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of US payroll concepts, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, and experience with Workday systems. Technical proficiency in navigating multiple payroll systems and attention to detail for data integrity are essential.

Qualifications: Preferred experience includes proficiency with Workday, international payroll operations, familiarity with accounting concepts, and background in software as a service (SaaS) companies.
