Summary
Vice President of Technology & Architecture responsible for shaping multi-year technical strategy and leading engineering execution at a global supply chain solutions company. This succession planning role prepares the candidate to become Chief Technology Officer while driving transformative technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Translate company strategy into architectural vision, lead transformative technology initiatives, and build/mentor high-performing engineering teams. Directly shape the company's technical direction over the next 3-5 years while positioning the organization for its next growth phase.
Skills & Tools: Strategic technical leadership, enterprise architecture design, and ability to translate business strategy into technology vision. Strong people management, innovation mindset, adaptability to emerging technologies, and experience leading high-performing collaborative teams.
Qualifications: Extensive experience as a senior technical leader or architect at technology-driven organizations, with demonstrated success in multi-year strategic planning and engineering team leadership. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred, with 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
Location: Remote
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $280,000 – $380,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
