Role Snapshot

Lead people analytics strategy and insights at Curriculum Associates to drive HR decision-making and organizational effectiveness. This role involves developing analytics capabilities that directly impact talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement people analytics solutions, develop dashboards and reports, conduct data-driven analysis on HR metrics, and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders. Collaborate with HR teams to identify analytics needs and translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI); strong statistical and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences and demonstrated ability to influence business strategy.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, or related field with 8+ years of HR analytics or people operations experience. Proven track record of implementing successful analytics initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
