Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences and demonstrated ability to influence business strategy.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, or related field with 8+ years of HR analytics or people operations experience. Proven track record of implementing successful analytics initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
