Role Snapshot

Lead Generation Coordinator (Maternity Cover) at Wiley, responsible for driving outbound prospecting and building sales pipelines for job board solutions across high-value sectors including veterinary, healthcare, finance, and higher education.

Key Responsibilities: Research and qualify new employer accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and book discovery meetings for Account Managers. Maintain CRM records, track outreach performance, and support larger sales opportunities through warm lead handovers.
Skills & Tools: Confident communicator with hunter mentality, proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools, and ability to implement qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC to identify viable opportunities.
Qualifications: 1–3 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS, recruitment advertising, or digital media, with proven track record of managing high-volume outreach and building relationships.
Location: In-Person - 2 Locations
Compensation: £27K–£37K/yr
