Summary
Partnership Manager at Paper cultivates relationships within the education sector to drive sales of GROW by Paper's tutoring and instructional solutions to K12 school districts. The role focuses on prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and achieving sales quotas to expand Paper's reach across 500+ school districts.
Key Responsibilities: Articulate Paper's value proposition, conduct daily prospecting emails and phone calls, qualify sales opportunities, and overcome customer objections. Work collaboratively with Marketing and Customer Success teams to improve sales strategy while consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
Skills & Tools: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Must demonstrate public speaking skills, sales acumen, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with self-starting initiative.
Qualifications: K12 edtech sales experience with proven track record of working toward quotas and commission plans. Familiarity with instructional/academic solutions and CRM software is preferred.
Location: Remote, anywhere in the United States or Canada
Compensation: $60,000 โ $97,000/year
