Summary
Join WorldStrides as an International Program Consultant to drive business growth by selling international educational programs to schools and teachers. You'll be a key driver in expanding market reach, building client relationships, and customizing programs to meet specific educational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and win new business opportunities within assigned territories, develop sales pipelines from lead generation through closing, and help teachers build enhanced international travel programs. Assess client needs, prepare compelling proposals, and meet or exceed seasonal sales goals while contributing market feedback and successful strategies to the team.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales abilities with a hunter mindset for business development, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving client needs.
Qualifications: Sales experience, preferably in educational or travel sectors, with proven ability to manage the full sales cycle. A hunter mentality and drive for business growth are essential for success in this role.
Location: United States; flexible options for on-site, remote, or virtual office work.
Compensation: $45,000 – $75,000/year
