Summary
Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution in a fully remote setting. The role ensures compliance with internal controls and supports audit readiness for Follett Software.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong understanding of internal controls and delegation of authority policies, and demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-entity and multi-currency environments. Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong time management required.
Qualifications: Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred; 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience required. Hands-on experience with NetSuite required; experience with international vendors and foreign currency payments preferred.
