Job Description: We are seeking a Delivery Readiness & Enablement Manager to support our office in Raleigh, NC. About the Team The Delivery Readiness & Enablement team enables successful execution, adoption, onboarding, and operational readiness across HPE Networking Services portfolios and strategic initiatives. The team works closely with PMO, Customer Success, Delivery, Service Owners, and SMEs to build and execute readiness programs that support business transformation. Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Delivery Readiness & Enablement Specialist to support the execution of global readiness initiatives. This role will partner with enablement leads, program managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to coordinate readiness activities, create enablement assets, maintain knowledge repositories, and execute launch readiness programs. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with content creation capability and a passion for helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and service offerings. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination Support readiness planning activities and project execution. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, reviews, and deliverable tracking. Manage readiness workstreams and action plans. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

Enablement Development Develop and maintain: Job aids Quick-reference guides Readiness checklists Service onboarding materials FAQ content Process documentation Launch communications Knowledge articles Support the development of role-based enablement experiences. Knowledge Management Maintain content repositories and knowledge assets. Improve searchability and content organization. Support governance and content lifecycle activities. Assist with repository audits and content refresh programs. Readiness Execution Support launch readiness programs. Coordinate and run enablement sessions and office hours. Assist with stakeholder communications. Gather feedback and track adoption indicators. Help identify readiness gaps and improvement opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement Work directly with SMEs and business leaders to collect source content. Support cross-functional collaboration activities. Assist with workshop and review facilitation. Build strong working relationships across globally distributed teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years' experience in: Enablement Customer Success Training Coordination Program Coordination Adoption Programs Business Operations Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities. Experience creating business content and collateral. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, networking, or technology organizations. Familiarity with knowledge management practices. Experience supporting onboarding or readiness programs. Understanding of change management and user adoption concepts. Experience working in matrixed global organizations. Success Measures Deliverables completed on time and at high quality. Increased stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Improved content usage and discoverability. Successful execution of launch readiness activities. Increased adoption of newly launched services and capabilities. Consistent maintenance of global enablement assets.
