Key Responsibilities: Deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and webinars that communicate product value to district stakeholders while collaborating with field sales teams to tailor content to regional needs. Facilitate pilot training sessions for educators, support pre-sales strategy development, handle customer objections, and stay current on educational trends to inform sales initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Deep knowledge of K-12 curricula, instructional best practices, and competitive positioning; strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills; ability to work both collaboratively with internal teams and independently.
Qualifications: Experienced teacher, instructional coach, or pre-sales specialist with demonstrated success implementing high-quality curricula and training educators. Knowledge of educational trends, district priorities, and proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate professional development.
Location: Remote
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/year based on title, seniority, and remote US location.

Job Purpose

As a Pre-Sales Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales strategy, helping sales showcase the value of Great Minds' curricula. Working alongside our Sales and Success Go-to-Market teams, you will create and deliver sales presentations and pilot trainings and support, tailoring content to address regional and district-specific needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling, market-driven sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of Great Minds' curricula.

  • Collaborate with field sales team members (RSMs, ASDs, ARs) to customize presentations based on regional and account-specific strategies.

  • Partner with ASMs in pre-sales customer conversations exploring solutions opportunities and pilot options.

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and support pre-sales efforts, including strategy development, training, and preparation activities.

  • Facilitate pilot training sessions for educators and provide ongoing support to ensure successful pilot implementation aligned with account strategies.

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Great Minds' products and effectively connect them to educational trends, district priorities, and instructional best practices.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal sales teams while also taking initiative and working independently.

  • Stay current on educational trends, priorities, and pedagogy to inform strategic sales initiatives and client interactions.

  • Deliver live pre-sales webinars that are customized to district needs

  • Handle customer questions and overcome objections

  • Utilize knowledge of competitors products to better position Great Minds products
