Principal Product Manager - Campus Safety

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager – Campus Safety to own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of our Campus Safety product domain. This leader will translate enterprise product vision into domain-level execution–ensuring campus safety solutions not only lead the market independently, but also strengthen and expand the value of the NavigateOne platform through deep integration, shared data models, and connected workflows.

Reporting into Product leadership, this is a hands-on product leadership role with strategic ownership and direct execution responsibility. You will define domain strategy, drive measurable growth outcomes, and ensure campus safety solutions are interoperable, scalable, and platform-aligned.

This domain spans Navigate360’s most mission-critical campus safety solutions: Emergency Management, which unifies preparedness, response, and reunification in one platform–giving schools real-time visibility, accountability, and confident, coordinated action when seconds matter most; Visitor Management, which ensures safety, awareness, and accountability so schools always know who is on campus; HallPass360, which gives schools real-time visibility, accountability, and control over student movement–curbing misuse and surfacing trends that impact safety and learning; and an Anonymous Reporting System, which empowers students, staff, and families to speak up and prevent the preventable by sharing concerns without fear of retaliation.
