Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; minimum 2 years of consultative sales, recruiting, or customer service experience with ability to work flexible schedules including hybrid onsite presence 2-3 days per week.

Job Description

In this role, you’ll guide prospective students through the decision to invest in their future by helping them explore educational opportunities and enroll in programs that align with their goals.


This role exists to support prospective students through the admissions process by providing education, outreach, and guidance, helping them successfully enroll and begin their academic journey.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary inbound and outbound contact for prospective students, delivering a high-quality, consultative phone experience that builds trust and inspires confidence in their educational journey
  • Execute structured outbound call campaigns and multi-channel follow-up (phone, text, email, chat) to engage prospective students, increase contact rates, and drive enrollment outcomes in alignment with partner communication strategies
  • Conduct needs-based discovery conversations over the phone, effectively presenting program benefits, addressing objections, and guiding students toward confident enrollment decisions
  • Mentor students from the application process through the first week of enrollment
  • Consistently achieve and exceed key performance metrics including call volume, contact rates, conversion goals, and service standards, while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional student experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate student records within CRM systems, ensuring timely documentation, follow-up scheduling, and seamless progression through the enrollment pipeline
  • Demonstrate a high level of product/program knowledge of the college’s programs, services, and competitors in market
  • Maintain contact with business and/or high school community and student service organizations as necessary
  • Provide guidance and facilitate the admissions process including: entrance exams, applications, transfer of credit policy, financial aid, class schedules, orientation, and background checks
  • Ensure compliance of all Collegis and partner school policies at all times
  • Adhere to the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security-related issues
  • Reduce risk of theft, fraud, or misuse of information assets by maintaining security and patch management for the services provided by the team

Education & Certifications:

Work Environment & Schedule:


This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid environment. In alignment with our commitment to collaboration and team engagement, employees will be expected to follow a schedule working onsite 2–3 days per week to support in-person connection and cross-functional partnership.


Because this is a hybrid/remote role, employees must maintain a fast and reliable home internet connection. A minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is required to support Salesforce, CXone, and student outreach activities. Verizon and T-Mobile 5G home internet services may not compatible with some required systems. A wired Ethernet connection is strongly preferred and may be required if Wi-Fi connectivity affects call quality or system performance.
