Summary
Trafera seeks a Field Sales CTO for the Public Sector to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships within state and local governments, transportation, and public safety sectors. This role is critical for maintaining strategic partnerships and expanding market share in defined territories.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and customer visits to generate revenue growth. Maintain CRM data integrity, create strategic customer pipelines, manage RFIs/RFPs, and stay informed on vendor offerings and market trends to position solutions competitively.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of IT or sales experience with strong communication, analytical abilities, and CRM system proficiency. Must be results-oriented, collaborative, and demonstrate competencies in customer focus, decision quality, and persuasion.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or IT, or equivalent experience required. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, consultative sales, and managing complex customer relationships in the public sector.
Location: Arden Hills, Minnesota, United States (up to 50% travel required)
Compensation: $150,000 β $200,000/year
