Summary

Join MagicSchool as a Salesforce/Tech Stack Administrator supporting the Sales Operations team to streamline systems, optimize processes, and scale operational capacity across the sales organization. This role is critical for maintaining data integrity and enabling sales efficiency in a fast-growing AI edtech company.

Key Responsibilities: Administer and optimize Salesforce and related sales tools (Gong, Chili Piper, etc.), support territory planning and account assignments, and create sales reports and dashboards. Own operational tasks including data hygiene, account decommissioning, and management of cross-functional sales projects while keeping stakeholders aligned.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, strong analytical skills with spreadsheet and data interpretation abilities, and project management experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Self-starter mindset with proactive communication, organizational skills, and technical aptitude; SQL experience and familiarity with broader sales tech stacks are advantageous.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role with hands-on Salesforce experience. Strong analytical foundation and exposure to project management; nice-to-have qualifications include SQL/data warehouse querying and experience with territory planning, commissions, or sales enablement processes.

Salesforce/Tech Stack Administrator

You’ll play a key supporting role on the Sales Operations team, helping streamline systems, optimize processes, and scale operational capacity across the sales organization. You’ll bring a detail-oriented, go-getter mindset and a solid foundation in tools like Salesforce, combined with the curiosity and hustle to grow fast in a high-impact, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving to the following outcomes:

  • Administering and optimizing core sales systems, including Salesforce and related tools (Gong, Chili Piper, etc), ensuring clean data, smooth functionality, and user enablement.
  • Supporting territory planning and account assignments through analysis, mapping, and documentation.
  • Creating, maintaining, and enhancing regular sales reports and dashboards to help drive decision-making.
  • Owning and executing operational tasks such as decommissioning accounts, identifying tax implications across states, and managing sales data hygiene.
  • Managing and supporting key projects across the sales org, helping prioritize and drive execution while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Experience & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role
  • Experience using and administering Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort working in spreadsheets and interpreting sales data
  • Exposure to project management - able to break down and drive multiple workstreams at once
  • Organized, reliable, and communicative - you’re proactive about clarifying priorities and ensuring follow-through
  • Self-starter mindset: you manage your time and workload with little oversight
  • (Nice to have) Experience using SQL or querying a data warehouse
  • (Nice to have) Experience supporting territory planning, commissions, or sales enablement processes
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with other sales tech stacks
