Summary
Join HopSkipDrive as an Account Manager in a future opportunity role focused on driving revenue growth and client engagement for a mission-focused transportation company. This position is part of a talent pipeline for candidates ready to step into strategic account management when openings become available.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts and drive enterprise growth through on-site client visits (2-3 days/week), identify new business opportunities, lead pricing negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Trust & Safety, and Operations teams to optimize client solutions.
Skills & Tools: Strategic sales expertise, proven relationship-building and presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in sales or account management with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets; reliable transportation required for on-site client visits and potential national travel.
Location: Remote from Seattle, Spokane, Bay Area, Sacramento, or Northwest region (Washington, California, United States) with 2-3 days weekly on-site client visits and additional travel as needed.
Compensation: $85,000 – $130,000/year
