Summary
Handshake is seeking experienced radiologists to serve as AI trainers, evaluating AI model outputs in medical imaging and providing structured feedback to improve AI understanding of radiological workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate AI model outputs related to medical imaging, develop prompts for AI systems, and communicate findings through structured feedback to strengthen the model's understanding of radiological tasks.
Skills & Tools: 4+ years of experience in radiology (MRI, CT, ultrasound, PET, or nuclear medicine); strong communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment; familiarity with PACS or EMR systems.
Qualifications: 4+ years performing, interpreting, or reviewing medical imaging studies; experience preparing comprehensive interpretive reports and communicating diagnostic information; knowledge of clinical indications and imaging limitations; experience with quality control and radiation protection standards.
Location: Remote, based in the USA
Compensation: $250/hour
