Summary
Develop and maintain workflows in automation applications at KnowBe4, optimizing business processes and ensuring effective deployment of workflow automation solutions. This role directly impacts operational efficiency through process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Consult with stakeholders on business requirements, create workflow models, and configure automation solutions while documenting issues and solutions for knowledge bases. Coordinate implementation efforts with project management, conduct training sessions, and lead process improvement initiatives across teams.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include expertise with workflow automation tools like UiPath, strong data analysis capabilities, JavaScript proficiency, and excellent verbal and written communication. Must demonstrate project management proficiency, analytical abilities with Microsoft Excel, and system/workflow analysis skills.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience required, with demonstrated experience in UiPath or equivalent workflow automation tools and workflow configuration. Knowledge of Salesforce, Agile/Scrum methodologies, test case writing, and UAT is preferred.
Location: Remote position based in Clearwater, Florida, United States with occasional travel requirements.
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000/year
