Summary
Sales Development Representative for airfocus, a leading product management platform by Lucid Software, responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to support global customer growth. This role offers hybrid flexibility and opportunities for personal development within a highly-rated organization.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect new leads through outbound efforts, qualify inbound leads from marketing, conduct needs assessment calls, schedule product demonstrations, and maintain accurate customer records. Provide proactive support, follow up with prospects, and participate in required team trainings and daily stand-ups.
Skills & Tools: Fluency in English plus French or German, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous sales experience or demonstrated strong interest in sales roles required.
Qualifications: Detail-oriented, organized, independent, and highly motivated professional with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. BA/BS Degree preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Germany or the Netherlands (offices in Hamburg or Amsterdam); remote work available within these countries.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $50,000 – $80,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
