Summary
Account Executive role focused on managing enterprise customer accounts and maximizing sales opportunities for KnowBe4's security awareness training products to organizations with 1501+ employees. Responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas through new business development and account reactivation.
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell KnowBe4's products to enterprise businesses, identify and close new customers, build and maintain prospect pipelines, forecast new business opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce. Articulate value propositions, negotiate pricing, follow up on marketing leads, and represent products at trade shows.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include proven sales experience, proficiency in Salesforce and Gmail, IT security concepts familiarity, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong collaborative teamwork abilities. Must be stats-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of software sales experience to Small Medium Enterprise (SME) clients and familiarity with IT Security field concepts. Network or Security Plus certification preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Clearwater, Florida, United States (greater Tampa Bay area)
Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000/year
