Role Snapshot
Join Elsevier's Clinical Solutions team as a Senior UX Researcher to drive user-centered innovation by conducting impactful research that shapes experiences for health professionals. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to align research insights with product strategy and support clinical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional squads to explore user problems from multiple perspectives, align research solutions with product strategy, and identify exploratory research opportunities. Develop evidence-based research strategies, apply appropriate research methods, and advocate for UX research best practices.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing) with strong data synthesis and analysis capabilities. Ability to scope and execute end-to-end research studies, connect insights to product roadmaps, and identify new innovation opportunities through effective research practices.
Qualifications: Proven experience in user research with demonstrated ability to select and apply appropriate research methodologies. Skills in problem framing, research planning, and connecting user insights to business and product strategy.
Location: Arizona
Compensation: $93K–$156K/yr
