Skills & Tools: Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proficiency in CRM software (ideally Salesforce or Zendesk). Requires innovative thinking, proactive ownership, and ability to manage accounts with precision at scale.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in client-facing or analytical roles. Strong sense of ownership and adaptability in fast-paced environments required.
