Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in SQL Server performance mechanics, relational data modeling, and cloud database architecture on Azure; strong understanding of query execution plans, indexing strategies, and database change management; familiarity with AI tools for database management and optimization.

Qualifications: Strong experience managing database changes in production environments with live traffic; proven track record with schema versioning, backward-compatible changes, and data migrations; knowledge of database code quality standards and best practices for secure, maintainable code.

Location: Hybrid in Utah, United States; requires one day per week in office
