Role Snapshot
Drive customer renewals as a Tech Touch Renewal Specialist by managing a portfolio of opportunities, collaborating with CSMs, and ensuring accurate contract negotiations. This remote role is the central hub for closing renewals efficiently and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage renewal opportunities within assigned portfolio, partner with CSMs to maximize bookings, lead customer discussions to handle objections and understand needs, negotiate contract terms, generate pricing quotes, and maintain precise Salesforce records with regular pipeline forecasting.
Skills & Tools: 1+ years of experience in renewals, sales operations, or account management; strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume pipelines; direct communication style and process-oriented mindset; proficiency with Salesforce.
Qualifications: Minimum 1+ years in renewals, sales operations, or account management in a fast-paced environment. Bonus qualifications include extensive Salesforce experience, familiarity with Tech Touch segments, or background in SaaS/subscription-based contracts.
