Summary
The Compensation Consultant supports the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs including base salary and incentive structures. The role assists with program design changes in response to market trends and regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in compensation surveys and market pricing, develop salary and incentive structures, administer incentive calculations, manage annual merit processes, and prepare reports and scorecards. Partner with CWS, Finance, and Legal functions to communicate programs and respond to regulatory changes.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization; strong verbal and written communication; analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems creatively while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of compensation experience OR 7+ years of compensation experience; experience with international compensation design; knowledge of Changepoint, PeopleSoft, and ProClarity; preferred CSCP certification.

Compensation: $79,000 โ $110,200 / annually
