Key Responsibilities: Analyze workforce capacity, utilization, and demand trends to support data-driven planning, and build/maintain dashboards and reports on workforce health. Partner with multiple departments to conduct forecasting, scenario analysis, identify optimization opportunities, and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Excel and SQL with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI; Python or R experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work with ambiguity, and collaborative approach to cross-functional problem-solving.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, workforce analytics, or related field.
