Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $35 - $55 per hour.
We’re looking for a Tech Talent Sourcer to join Hudl’s US Talent Acquisition team to build talent pipelines for our high-skill and high-demand Software Engineering roles. You'll be working an in-house Product Recruiter to help build the top of the funnel with passive tech talent with an emphasis on building diversity across all roles located in the US region. This is a contract position we project will last three months, so we are looking for someone who has proven experience proactively recruiting engineering talent.
Your priorities will include:
- Prospecting passive software engineers to fill the top of the funnel. From identifying candidates who may not know about Hudl yet to creating excitement for our open roles to handing over to the full-cycle recruiter to take through the selection process. You love working in LinkedIn Recruiter and finding candidates wherever they are hiding.
- Have several recruiting partners. While your primary role is to help build the top of the funnel for our Product Recruiter, you are able to communicate effectively with the candidates you identify to sell them on Life@hudl.
What we’re looking for:
- Trained in sourcing tools. You already know how to use the advanced features in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools. You just need to be trained for the talent profile we are looking for.
- Proven. You have experience working as a recruiter or sourcer in an agency or internal talent acquisition role. You have deep expertise in technical recruiting and/or sourcing.
We are not considering agencies or C2C.
