Accountable for achieving regional revenue goals through new sales, renewals, and expansion while maintaining high customer satisfaction and trust.
Skills & Tools: Requires strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and territory management capabilities combined with sales execution discipline and organizational skills. Proactive communication, team collaboration, and the ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external customers are essential.
Qualifications: Typically requires 5+ years of sales management or account management experience, preferably in B2B software, education technology, or curriculum sales. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales leadership with demonstrated track record of quota attainment and revenue growth.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $85,000 – $110,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

About This Role

The Regional Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and expansion within a defined geographic territory. This role serves as a strategic partner to Account Managers and internal teams, ensuring both new and existing customers are supported and that our curriculum solutions are successfully implemented.

The Regional Manager balances relationship-building, territory strategy, and disciplined execution. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, relationship-oriented, and motivated to grow within a high-performing sales organization.
