Role Snapshot
As an Educational Sales Consultant at Curriculum Associates, you will drive outside sales of innovative educational products across your assigned territory while building strategic relationships with school district leaders. You'll serve as a product expert promoting digital and print-based solutions that support teaching and learning innovation across the nation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales territory plans, establish relationships with district-level administrators, deliver product presentations, maintain accurate CRM records, and generate revenue to meet territory metrics. Plan regional events, collaborate with internal teams, forecast sales results, and share market trends with leadership.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach, proficiency with CRM and data analysis tools, ability to learn complex concepts quickly, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrated integrity, decision-making ownership, and ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in educational sales or related field preferred. Prior relationships with district leaders is a plus.
