Summary

Part-time contractor Project Coordinator for Literacy Content at Amplify Education supporting the development of ELA products across print and digital formats. This role provides an excellent stepping stone for those interested in advancing their careers in project management within educational publishing.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables, track project schedules against milestones, facilitate communications and file handoffs with internal and external partners, and document project progress, risks, and issues. Assist with vendor estimates, invoices, and recommend process improvements.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple competing projects; excellent written and verbal communication abilities with attention to detail. Preferred ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at varying organizational levels.
Qualifications: 2+ years of project coordination or similar experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Educational publishing industry experience is preferred.
Location: Remote, United States
Compensation: $28/hour
