Role Snapshot
Jr. Account Executive role focused on building partnerships with K-12 school districts on the West Coast to enhance student support through the Branching Minds MTSS/RTI platform. The position involves driving sales, managing the complete sales cycle, and delivering high-impact presentations to district leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule meetings with school districts, sell the Branching Minds platform, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and deliver presentations at conferences and district visits. Build and maintain partnerships with district leaders while managing contact lifecycle transitions and coordinating with the customer support team.
Skills & Tools: Proven track record in selling educational technology to K-12 systems with strong communication and consultative relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM software, cold-calling, presentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams on sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications: Experience selling district-level educational technology to K-12 schools, particularly in California, Colorado, or Washington, with focus on MTSS, RTI, intervention, or assessment tools. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and familiarity with MTSS-related products and CRM platforms.
