Summary

The Proposal Coordinator supports EverDriven's revenue operations by evaluating RFPs, creating winning proposals, and analyzing FOIA requests. This hybrid role drives revenue opportunities through technical writing and cross-functional collaboration with the sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate proposals, RFP responses, and bid documents while managing strict deadlines across multiple internal departments. Support competitive intelligence and FOIA processes, facilitate team communication, and resolve escalated operational issues requiring interdepartmental coordination.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years of professional experience in business proposals or grant writing with strong Adobe InDesign proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication, extreme attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: Professional experience in proposal writing is essential with demonstrated ability to produce winning quality proposal documents. Strong organizational and project management skills are preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 / annually

Position Summary:

The Proposal Coordinator will support the Revenue OperationsRequest for Proposal (RFP)evaluation,proposal creation, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) analysis. The Coordinatorwill provide an in-depth review of RFP opportunities,participate as an authority in go/no-go decisions, facilitate cross-functional communication during the proposal process, and offer administrative support as related to the RFP or FOIA processes. The ideal candidate will possess technical writing skills to produce proposal documents of winning quality, ultimately facilitating revenue opportunities for EverDriven as part of the sales and business development department.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential 

Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role, 4 days in office, 1 day remote

How You Will Make an Impact:

Proposal Support

  • Support with the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities
  • Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates 
  • Assist the departments' leaders with communication during the entire proposal process, coordinate meetings, calendars, and deadlines across multiple internal departments
  • Manage and meet strict deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal team
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments

Competitive Intelligence

  • Assist in managing the FOIA and competitive intelligence process
  • Adapt proposal based on competitive intelligence findings to ensure information is competitive as possible
  • Use competitive intelligence data to recommend improvements to products or processes to respective department leaders
  • Assist in continuous improvement of system mapping for proposals and FOIA processes and streamlining Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOPs)

What You Will Bring to EverDriven:

  •  3+ years of professional experience in business proposals or grant writing
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong Adobe InDesign skills
