Role Snapshot

Lead and secure new corporate partnerships at Girls Who Code as Senior Manager of Partner Development, managing complex partnership cycles and engaging senior corporate leaders to advance the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and cultivate new corporate partnerships, develop tailored proposals, manage partnership cycles using Salesforce, and represent Girls Who Code at industry events. Collaborate with Programs, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to scope opportunities and coordinate each stage of the partnership lifecycle.
Skills & Tools: Proven fundraising and business development expertise with excellent communication and proposal writing abilities. Strong CRM (Salesforce) proficiency, data analysis capabilities, and a collaborative, relationship-building mindset.
Qualifications: 6+ years of professional experience in fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, or sales with a demonstrated track record of securing and managing 5–7 figure partnerships. Proven success cultivating senior corporate leaders and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder partnership cycles.
Location: New York City, New York
Compensation: $85K–$106K/yr
