Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, recruit and mentor a high-performing sales team, build and maintain key client relationships, enable cross-functional alignment with marketing and product teams, and oversee sales forecasting and performance reporting.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and data-driven approach, financial acumen with proficiency in sales metrics and forecasting tools, customer-centric mindset, and proven ability to influence across all organizational levels.
Qualifications: 8+ years in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role specifically in K-12 EdTech, consistent history of surpassing sales goals, and demonstrated strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $130Kโ€“$180K/yr
