Summary
Kaplan seeks a Military Relationship Manager to support military-connected students by building relationships with military organizations and promoting educational offerings nationwide. This role leverages leadership experience to advance enrollment and educational success among active duty service members, veterans, and military families.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic military engagement initiatives, build relationships with Education Service Officers and command influencers, and oversee the end-to-end military student acquisition lifecycle. Conduct senior military leader engagements, organize community engagement events, and serve as subject matter expert on military education policies and benefits.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and leadership skills, deep military community experience and cultural understanding, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Expertise in relationship building, strategic planning, and knowledge of military education policies and federal/state regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with at least 10 years in a senior military role, preferably as a retired Senior NCO from USAF or USMC. Demonstrated credibility within the military community and understanding of military commands, organization, and leadership structures.
Location: Fully remote, available to candidates based in the United States (Florida location reference)
Compensation: $64,000 – $202,600/year
