As a K-12 Education Account Manager for Vietnam at Canva, you will drive adoption of Canva's design platform across Vietnamese school systems by building relationships with Ministry of Education, provincial departments, and school administrators. This role is critical to enabling educators to maximize the platform's impact on student learning outcomes through digital collaboration and design.

Key Responsibilities: Own the full school system engagement lifecycle from strategy and prospecting through onboarding, adoption, and impact measurement; foster relationships with Vietnamese education stakeholders; serve as a Canva Education ambassador; and analyze adoption metrics to optimize customer experience. You will also champion Canva at education events, work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams, and provide strategic support to school leaders leveraging Canva for curriculum design and professional development.
Skills & Tools: You must understand classroom efficiency solutions and be able to communicate effectively with Instructional Technology Specialists and teachers about improving learning outcomes; you should be comfortable driving retention at a school system level and presenting compelling ideas to customers and teams. Strong project management, social media marketing knowledge, ability to simplify complex concepts, and proficiency working across cross-functional teams are essential.
Qualifications: Experience in education technology sales, school system deployments, or EdTech account management is required; deep understanding of how schools implement new technologies and system-wide rollouts is critical. A track record of building relationships with educational stakeholders and driving software adoption in institutional settings is expected.
Location: In-Person - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₫500,000,000 – ₫800,000,000/year (approximately USD $21,000–$34,000/year) based on title, seniority, company, and location.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney, Australia but we engage our Contractors all over the world to help us meet our crazy big goals. As a Contractor at Canva you can work remotely in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, meaning you have ultimate flexibility, however there will be some element of travel. Wherever works for you, works for us. Please note, this is a 12-month contract with full time hours.

What you’d be doing in this role

As a K-12 Education Account Manager for Vietnam, you will collaborate with the Ministry of Education and Training, Provincial Departments of Education and Training, and other Vietnamese school systems, IT departments, curriculum leads, and education influencers to ensure widespread adoption of Canva’s tools. You will play a critical role in enabling educators to maximize the platform’s impact while building relationships that foster sustained usage.

At the moment this role is focussed on: 

  • Own the school system engagement lifecycle – from strategy, prospecting, and onboarding to ongoing adoption and impact measurement.
  • Foster relationships with Vietnamese education stakeholders (school system administrators, IT teams, curriculum leaders) to support seamless Canva integration.
  • Serve as an ambassador of Canva Education, guiding teachers and educators in using the platform effectively.
  • Provide strategic support to school leaders, helping them leverage Canva for curriculum design, student collaboration, and professional development.
  • Analyze adoption metrics and usage trends to identify new engagement strategies and optimize customer experience.
  • Champion Canva’s brand at education events, conferences, and workshops, advocating for creative learning with digital tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance Canva’s K-12 education offerings.

  • You have a deep understanding of how schools roll out new technologies and how system-wide deployments are most effective.
  • You create clarity through your communication by making complex things simple. You can confidently present your ideas and tell a compelling story to customers and the broader team.
  • You have the ability to move from planning all the way through to implementation and complete projects that deliver high impact.
  • You understand social media standard processes and tactics for educating audiences.
  • You're eager to learn and develop your skills whilst having fun along the way!
