The Onboarding Operations Coordinator will be joining the People Team at Amplify and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, human-centered onboarding experience when automation alone is not sufficient. This role exists to provide frontline support, coordination, and problem-solving that protects new hires, managers, and the broader Onboarding and Employee Readiness team from operational breakdowns. This is a foundational individual contributor role that plays a critical role in safeguarding employee trust, responsiveness, and care during moments that matter most, especially when issues arise or exceptions occur. Essential Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries from new hires and managers Monitor and manage the team inbox and shared intake channels Triage requests and issues, resolving where possible and escalating appropriately to Director of Onboarding and Employee Readiness or Onboarding Operations Manager Ensure timely, clear, and empathetic communication with impacted employees and managers Coordinate logistics for onboarding experiences such as: Welcome & Connection sessions Orientation scheduling and invites Virtual meeting setup and coordination Support smooth execution of experience touchpoints Manage weekly compliance training audit for New Hires and Contingent Workers Support operational exceptions (e.g., equipment delays, access issues) Partner with IT, HR Ops, and Onboarding Operations to resolve issues quickly Track recurring issues and flag patterns for improvement Protect the employee experience during disruptions Follow established operational processes and standards Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and trends Support documentation updates to improve clarity and consistency Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency with the Google Suite of products (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Calendar) Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including pivot tables, basic formulas, and data analysis Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple tasks while managing work time efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Up to 1 year of experience in the Human Resources or related field Experience with Workday as an HR Platform Experience with Smartsheet as a project management tool Strong attention to detail Compensation: The hourly rate range for this role is $15.85 to $31.70. You can attach a cover letter and references in addition to your resume or CV when you are applying. filling out the application. Carefully review and ensure that the correct version of your resume/CV is attached before submitting your application. Q: I do not see a position I am interested in. If you log out before completing your application, you may save your progress. Log in to Candidate Home to view any incomplete applications in Candidate FAQ the “My Drafts” section. Q: If I apply for a position with your company, will Workday maintain my information for subsequent applications? A: Yes. You can use the last resume you uploaded or choose to upload a new resume, which will pre-populate your job application with new information. You can also choose to have your LinkedIn Profile information populate your application. However, you will need to complete an application for each position you apply for. Q: What if I have browser issues when trying to create a candidate account or submitting my application? A: Workday no longer supports version 10 or earlier of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). Use of unsupported versions may cause issues in the application process. It is recommended to upgrade to version 11 of IE or use another supported browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox. It is also recommended to clear your cache if you are experiencing issues. Q: How do I withdraw my application? A: Access “My Submitted Applications” from your Candidate Home. Click on the application and withdraw. *Note: Once you withdraw your application from a specific role, you cannot reapply to that same role. Q: I am a current contractor. Do I apply as an internal or external applicant? A: You must apply as an external applicant through a candidate account. If you are a current Amplify Employee, please apply as an internal candidate via your Workday Employee Profile Career Hub. Q: How long does it take to complete an application? A: Approximately 10 minutes. It depends on the detail you choose to provide in your application. Q: My email address has changed. Can I update my email information? A: Yes. If your email address has changed, you can log into your Candidate Home, click on your profile tab and select the Account Settings tab and update your email address. Q. My address has changed. Can I update my contact information? A: Yes. If your contact information has changed, you can log into your Candidate Home, click on your profile tab and update your contact information.
