As the WJ V Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you will be the driving force behind a dynamic affiliate and influencer program designed to build community, amplify awareness, and deepen our voice-of-customer feedback. Collaborating cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and PR teams, you will activate a passionate network of educators and thought leaders to share stories, spark conversations, and shape the future of WJ V. 

In this role you will get to:

  • Recruit and manage a robust tiered affiliate network (across feedback, social, and influencer tiers).
  • Drive organic awareness and engagement, generating social impressions and affiliate-attributed site clicks.
  • Launch and co-host affiliate-led webinars and conference engagements to extend Riverside’s thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to gather monthly voice-of-customer (VOC) feedback cycles that inform product and messaging decisions.
  • Execute ongoing content across social and email platforms, ensuring alignment with affiliate activity and broader marketing goals.
  • Refresh high-performing legacy blog content to reflect WJ V messaging and improve SEO/conversion.
  • Coordinate affiliate deliverables, campaign timelines, and content priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Proven experience recruiting and managing tiered affiliate or influencer programs.
  • Deep understanding of incentive strategies and sustaining long-term affiliate engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; communicates with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. 
  • Proficiency writing compelling email and social content; experience with tools like Google Docs, Canva, or CMS is a plus.
  • Keen eye for content gaps and outdated assets, with initiative to refresh and optimize.
  • Experience collaborating across marketing, product, CX, and PR teams.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving workflows and feedback.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
