Summary

Amplify Education seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development and execution of print and digital products for Core Literacy programs through multiple phases of the product lifecycle. This fixed-term role (ending 8/31/26) requires strategic oversight of complex projects while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks; organize and lead cross-functional meetings on action items, resource allocation, and task management. Optimize resource utilization, manage vendor invoices and budgets, and continuously improve project management processes and workflows.

Skills & Tools: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management expertise with proficiency in Google Suite, Smartsheet, Workfront, and JIRA; exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to balance competing deadlines while maintaining strategic oversight of multiple complex projects.

Qualifications: 8+ years in project management managing complex, large-scale projects with a bachelor's degree; PMP, CSM, or comparable certification preferred, with experience in education technology considered an asset.

Location: Remote - United States, with potential travel as required

Compensation: $110,000 – $115,000/year
