Role Snapshot

Lead a regional team of virtual educators at Edmentum to elevate instructional quality and drive student success across the nation. Shape the instructional experience through coaching, program quality management, and innovative teacher training at scale.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach distributed virtual teacher teams to deliver standards-aligned instruction, manage regional staffing and onboarding, and design data-informed professional learning through LMS leadership. Partner with district stakeholders, monitor instructional data for continuous improvement, and drive program consistency and compliance across assigned regions.

Skills & Tools: Master's degree in education with strong LMS administration (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard), instructional leadership expertise, and proficiency with content-authoring tools (Storyline, Articulate, Genially, H5P, Learnosity). Excellent coaching and collaboration abilities with strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills in virtual environments.

Qualifications: 5+ years of instructional leadership experience including managing remote or distributed teams, with project management skills and educational leadership certification or demonstrated LMS/ID/LXD experience. Experience managing teacher licensure, compliance processes, staffing plans, and understanding instructional models and data-driven improvement metrics.
