An Enterprise Imaging Account Executive at Hyland will build and nurture strategic relationships with healthcare organizations to advance their enterprise imaging strategies by connecting clinical, technical, and business stakeholders with solutions that support their imaging needs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quota, build relationships with multiple stakeholders across healthcare organizations, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing Hyland customer base, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and represent Hyland at industry events and conferences.
Skills & Tools: Consultative sales expertise with strong ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with clinical, technical, and executive audiences; proficiency with CRM platforms, opportunity management, account planning, and forecasting; technical knowledge of medical imaging workflows, healthcare interoperability, and enterprise imaging systems.
Qualifications: Demonstrated success in an Account Executive or similar consultative sales role within healthcare technology, with experience selling enterprise imaging, PACS, or related healthcare IT solutions and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close.
Compensation: $100K–$150K/yr (estimated)

Enterprise Imaging Account Executive
Location: Remote, US Work Type: Remote
As an Enterprise Imaging Account Executive at Hyland, you'll build and nurture strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, customers, and partners. You'll help health systems advance their enterprise imaging strategies by connecting clinical, technical, and business stakeholders with solutions that support their evolving imaging needs.
In this role, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a healthy pipeline, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You'll work closely with existing Hyland healthcare customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, including introducing enterprise imaging solutions to organizations currently using other Hyland offerings.
This opportunity is intended to build our pipeline for anticipated future hiring needs. While there may not be an immediate opening or defined territory, selected candidates may be considered as business needs and approved positions become available.
Your Role Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota, including identifying and prioritizing enterprise imaging opportunities within assigned healthcare accounts and territories.
- Build relationships with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders across hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within Hyland's existing healthcare customer base, including opportunities to introduce enterprise imaging solutions to customers using other Hyland products.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, technical requirements, and organizational decision-making processes.
- Partner with sales solution engineers, product specialists, and other internal resources to develop and deliver compelling software demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Represent Hyland at healthcare industry events, trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing marketing initiatives.
Role Essentials
- Demonstrated success in an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar consultative sales role within healthcare technology.
- Experience selling enterprise imaging, medical imaging, PACS, or related healthcare IT solutions.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Ability to establish credibility, build trust, and communicate effectively with clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
- Proficiency with opportunity management, account planning tools, forecasting, and CRM platforms.
What We'd Like to See
- Technical knowledge of medical imaging workflows, healthcare interoperability, and the systems that support the capture, management, viewing, and exchange of imaging content.
- Experience selling solutions across multiple imaging specialties or supporting an organization-wide enterprise imaging strategy.
- Demonstrated success expanding relationships within existing health-system accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Clinical education, certification, or professional experience in radiology, imaging, sonography, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Experience engaging radiology leaders, imaging professionals, clinicians, IT leaders, and healthcare executives.
