Role Snapshot

Deal Strategy Intern supporting Lucid Software's Revenue Operations team in processing sales quotes and opportunities while ensuring compliance and accuracy. This role serves as a primary point of contact for the sales team in the quote-to-billing process.

Key Responsibilities: Manage quote-to-billing process, review and approve quotes/contracts in Salesforce, ensure compliance with sales rules and finance principles, and resolve discrepancies across departments. Suggest process improvements and provide research on complex deal structures to support the Deal Strategy team.
Skills & Tools: Strong data processing, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities with high precision in handling complex information. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred; requires excellent communication and ability to troubleshoot root causes.
Qualifications: 0-1 years of CRM experience with an innovative mindset and ability to manage projects. Demonstrated strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Compensation: $15–$25/hr
