Summary
Sales Development Representative at Degreed responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospects to fuel pipeline growth and set the stage for enterprise client partnerships in the corporate learning and development space.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, email, and social media; qualify leads and schedule meetings with key decision-makers; leverage sales tools like Outreach and Salesforce to optimize outreach; collaborate with cross-functional teams on lead handoffs.
Skills & Tools: 1+ years of outbound SDR experience with strong prospecting, cold calling, and email skills; proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools; strategic thinking, data analysis, and excellent verbal/written communication; resilience, adaptability, and research abilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 1+ years in outbound SDR roles; understanding of corporate learning and development landscape; familiarity with sales technology tools and platforms.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Compensation: $40K–$60K/yr
