Provide 1:1 online tutoring to Pre-K–9 students in reading, writing, and math through ClassDojo's platform. Help students build skills and confidence while setting your own schedule as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct personalized online tutoring sessions, communicate progress to families, and guide students through learning resources with AI-supported tools. Set reliable weekly availability, engage with feedback, and support families in deciding on ongoing learning paths.

Skills & Tools: Strong communication and rapport-building abilities with children and families, proficiency in teaching reading, writing, and/or math concepts, and professional online setup with stable internet and video conferencing capability.

Qualifications: Experience helping children learn reading, writing, or math (teaching certification is optional); ability to pass a background check; and knowledge of current teaching methods such as phonics or number sense.

Location: Remote (United States, most states)

Compensation: Up to $30/hour. Not provided by employer as a guaranteed annual figure. Typical compensation for independent contractor tutoring roles is $25,000–$45,000/year based on hours worked, title, and location.
