Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with sales solutions teams, and forecast pipeline activity on weekly and monthly cadences.
Skills & Tools: 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success managing large accounts and €500k+ annual quotas. Requires strong analytical skills, expertise in sales strategy execution, fluent English and German language proficiency, and a growth mindset with excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS environments with proven track record of achieving €500k+ quotas and managing enterprise-level accounts. Must be fluent in both English and German with demonstrated success executing complex sales strategies.

Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive who is curious, passionate, who thrives in an international team and is willing to roll-up their sleeves to get things done.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue on German speaking markets, with a focus on the mid-market segment. You are committed to learning and perfectly executing our proven sales methodologies to hit your quota and to actively contribute to the German growth strategy and sales effort.
The position involves leading opportunities from demo to closing, taking an active part in our responses to requests for proposals, growing your network with HR & training decision-makers, and developing the best sales strategies to close deals.
Within 1 month, you will::

Successfully tier your portfolio and start working on strategic accounts

Start creating a pipeline to ensure success
Within 6 months, you will::
Continuously encourage and develop discipline in your sales team with regard to updating the CRM timely and with high-quality information
Collaborate with the Sales Solutioning to accelerate sales opportunities
Build strong relationships with partners
Within 12 months, you will::
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives
Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed set quotas
Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance
The Skill Set::
8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts
Previous experiences working in the SaaS industry
Successful track record to achieve 500k + euros quotas
Expertise in executing successful sales strategies
Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude
Fluent English & German skills are mandatory
