Role Snapshot

As a Renewals Manager at Everway, you'll drive customer retention and revenue growth by managing the renewal process for a portfolio of Enterprise K-12 and higher education customers. You'll engage directly with stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless renewal experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Own the complete renewal cycle including quote creation, customer engagement, timing coordination, and close management while ensuring timely renewals. Proactively address renewal risks, collaborate with internal teams on strategy, use data tools to track progress, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with excellent analytical skills for data and customer insights. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and proven track record managing renewals in a SaaS or EdTech environment.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role with experience managing renewals. Knowledge of K-12 education purchasing landscape is preferred.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $75K–$120K/yr
