Summary

Presence seeks Customer Success professionals to support schools and districts using its teletherapy platform, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across contract renewals, student additions, and service expansions.

Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support and success guidance to schools and organizations using Presence's teletherapy services, handling contract renewals, student enrollment increases, and education about additional service offerings.
Skills & Tools: Strong customer relationship management, communication, and problem-solving abilities; experience with account management, implementation, or customer success preferred; ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent minimum; prior customer success, account management, or related experience preferred; must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Location: United States (Remote-first with schedule coordination for team engagement)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $50,000 – $75,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

This department, comprising Customer Success Associates, Customer Success Manager and Implementation Specialist. Our Customer Success team ensure that our schools are treated with care, whether they need assistance adding additional students, need to renew their contract, or need to learn about additional services for their students. Our customers are our most valued asset, and we must ensure they have the best possible experience with Presence.
